This guided questionnaire helps me understand your business, vision, and goals — and generates your custom quote and signed agreement in one seamless session.
Let's start with the basics — who you are, what you do, and who you serve. This shapes everything about your website.
Tell me what you already have — existing websites, logos, photos. We'll build on what's there.
Now the fun part — let's figure out how your website should look and feel to your customers.
We'll figure out the words, photos, and practical details that'll go on your site.
Choose your website package and any add-ons. Everything is clearly explained — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Almost done. Just need your information so I can follow up and get things moving.

Please select an option.Do you have photos to use on your site?
Do you have a web address (domain name) already?
A domain is your website's address — like mikebarbershop.com. If you don't have one, I'll help you get one as part of the setup.
When do you need the site to be ready?
Anything else I should know?
Competitors, special requests, things you definitely want or don't want — anything goes.
Choose your website package.*
Not sure? The Starter is great for most local businesses just getting online.
Any one-time extras? Optional
Built once during your project and added to your setup price. Click "What's this?" on any item to learn more.
Don't have a logo? I'll design a clean, professional logo for your business that you can use on your website, social media, business cards, and beyond. You'll receive all final files ready to use anywhere.
I'll connect a booking tool (like Calendly or Square Appointments) directly to your site so customers can schedule appointments 24/7 without calling you. You get an instant notification every time someone books.
Need more pages than your package includes? Each additional page is $75. For example: a dedicated Menu page, a Team page, or separate pages for each of your services.
When someone searches your type of business on Google Maps, you want to appear. I'll fully set up your Google Business Profile — hours, photos, description, and a link to your new website — so local customers can find you easily.
Build your monthly maintenance plan.
Every client starts with the base plan. Add extras based on how much support you want. You can always change this later.
Optional add-ons:
Each month, send me changes and I'll update your website within 48 hours — up to 2 hours of work. This covers: updating hours, prices, photos, menus, announcements, or any other content. No tech knowledge needed on your end. Just send a text or email.
SEO — Search Engine Optimization — is how high up your business appears when someone Googles something like "barbershop near me." Every month I check your site's Google ranking, fix anything dragging it down, and make improvements so more people find you over time without paid ads.
Every month I send you a simple report showing: how many people visited your site, where they came from (Google, Instagram, direct search), which pages they looked at, and whether those numbers are going up. Written in plain English — no tech jargon. Just the info that matters.
Your Google Maps listing is often the first thing a local customer sees before your website. Every month I'll keep it current — posting updates (specials, new hours), adding photos, and flagging reviews. Businesses with active Google profiles get found significantly more often.
Think of this as insurance for your website. Every week I save a complete copy of your entire site. If anything ever goes wrong — a hack, accidental deletion, technical failure — I can restore everything to normal in minutes instead of starting over from scratch.
If something breaks or you have an urgent request, you go straight to the front of the line. Standard response time is 24–48 hours. With Priority Support, I respond the same day — within a few hours. Best for businesses where the website is critical to daily operations.
If your site has an online store, this keeps it running smoothly. I'll update product listings, make sure payments are processing correctly, handle any technical store issues, and ensure customers can always checkout without problems. Only needed if your site has a shop.

Monthly retainer payments begin the month after launch and are due on the same date each month. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
